delightful
february springtime
late night trips for snacks (made by ernie, anticipated by me)
keeping house, the litany of every day life (so lovely i should give it its own post)
flowers all over the place!
planning to dress up and attend a fancy wedding
all of those crinoline skirts! where can i buy one for a fancy wedding?
lola falling sleepward with jubilant
disappointing
donut making gone wrong (too sweet! very sticky in the dough stage, and, thus, horribly messy!)
ernie thinking i’ve been crying after the liberal application of eye liner in an attempt to look like an aloof playwright

I love reading your blog posts….they float…they sing…they make me wistful as I hear February and spiring used in the same sentence together.
Enjoy the flowers….praying you find a beautiful dress…sorry about the doughnuts (there will be successful batches in your future, I am sure if it) and one day the eyeliner will make you look like an aloof playwright….:)
Have a great Sunday and week….
Love this picture, always love your lists.
I want to meet Lola!
I too have read and enjoyed “Keeping House: the litany of every day life”. Did you recently read it? A thought provoking book, one I wish I had read in my early years of housewifery instead of all those disposible decorating magazines.
oh that book. it’s been such a help to me. i don’t remember the last time a book resonated so much with me. well maybe not the “sewing my husband’s pants” part. i think my friends must be sick of me telling them about it.
